Our Nurse Practitioner

Renee Young, APRN, AGACNP

Renee is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience in various areas, including the cardiac cath lab, emergency department, critical care, and hospital emergency response teams. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida, then returned for her Master's of Science in Nursing as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She can be found in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.

Isabel Suarez, MA

Isabel Camargo Suarez, a dedicated and versatile clinical medical assistant, excels in customer service, management, and medical support. With a strong work ethic and fluency in Spanish, she effectively manages schedules, solves problems, and provides top-notch patient care. Her experience spans several healthcare settings, including The Joint Chiropractic and Mass-General Hospital, where she adeptly handled patient interactions, clinic operations, and medical procedures. Isabel's background also includes administrative roles at DCF and Mymatrixx, showcasing her proficiency in data management and customer support. She holds a Medical Assistant Diploma from Bryman Institute and a Phlebotomy Certificate from Mass-General Hospital.

Yanexy (Janet) Perez

Yanexy (Janet) Perez is a highly experienced professional with a background in office management and administration. Janet is known for being a fast learner, reliable, efficient, and a responsible hard worker with strong team leadership skills.

Janet's work history showcases significant roles in medical and administrative settings. As an Office Manager at Shoreline Urocare since January 2015, Janet established efficient workflow processes, oversaw office inventory, monitored personnel performance, and developed a highly efficient administrative team. Previously, as a Front Desk Manager at Central Walk-in Clinic, Janet was responsible for patient check-ins, insurance verifications, and managing front and back-office operations, including staff supervision.

Janet also has experience in forensics and 911 operations, having worked at the Hernando County Sheriff's Office and Miami-Dade PD. Additionally, Janet holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology with a major in Crime Scene Investigation and an associate degree in criminology. Fluent in Spanish, Janet brings valuable bilingual communication skills to the team.

Limary Santiago-Rodriguez

Limary Santiago-Rodriguez is a dedicated customer service professional with extensive experience in medical administration. Proficient in managing patient-provider interactions, she ensures smooth patient flow and maintains confidentiality. Her qualifications include being a Certified Medical Assistant from Ultimate Medical Academy and skills in ICD-10, CPT Coding, HIPAA, EMR systems, and medical terminology.

She has been a Medical Assistant at Tampa Cardiovascular interventions and research, handling patient check-ins, scheduling, and assisting physicians since August 2018. Prior to her current role She has worked as a Medical Receptionist at Tampa Family Health Centers, managing patient appointments, and maintaining records. Additionally, she has experience in retail, demonstrating strong customer service and sales skills.

Her resume highlights her proficiency in medical office billing, records management, and scheduling of procedures.

Kathy Vega-Marrer

Kathyria Vega Marrero is a Certified Medical Assistant in Tampa, FL, with a diverse range of medical and administrative skills. Her current role at Tampa Cardiovascular Interventions and Research involves front and back-office duties, chart preparation, and performing clinical tasks like venipunctures and injections. Kathy is recognized for her commitment to patient care and has a Certification in Medical Assisting from Florida Career College.

Stephanie Pasos is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant in Tampa, FL, excelling in patient care and office management.
